The Young Rochelles, quick energetic bursts

Upbeat short bursts of energy.  Fun chords with a high pitched singer and well produced pop punk tracks, this band is fun for the boppers.  The Young Rochelles are from Long Island which is a known area for cranking out good pop-punk and other Warped Tour adjacent artists.  I recommend starting with “Monster In My Hallway” which has a catchy chorus and has a bouncy rhythm that doesn’t deviate from the style, the guitars have a solid crunch that gives this band a commercial sound.

“The Young Rochelles were born in Long Beach, New York in January 2013. The pop-punk trio has recorded several EPs including Cannibal Island, Know the Code, and Organ Trade, various splits and compilation tracks – the latest being a full-length CD/LP for Sounds Rad. The band aims to deliver levity through short bursts that rarely pass the two-minute mark and remain in your head long after they’ve ended.”
