Strange Weekend is a fun uptempo act

With influences you’d hear on Burger Records, Mom+Pop, or Rough Trade this chill indie rock track has a neat songwriting piece where the chorus is dynamically softer than the rest as the singers croon “two a.m.” again and again.  The guitars become ethereal and everything gets softer, for that artists choice as well as the way the song picks up for the finale I decided to share this tune.  If you dig groups like Wavves, King Tuff, Metz, and Jacuzzi Boys then you’re probably going to really love this band.  I can see this doing well at a Boston basement show where everyone is down to mosh, jostle, and dance.

From the band – “We’re a indie rock/shoegaze band from Glen Ridge, NJ. We’re a energetic live band that loves to get the listeners involved. Our debut full length ‘Diner Witches’ is out on all streaming platforms.”
