WHALE CITY “There She Goes” is perfect!

Hailing from Rott Germany this indie pop rock outfit never fails to produce a great track that is infectiously catchy.  Everything about this is right on, the lighting the dancing and the cuts are the perfect tempo to match the song. The one left field element of this track for me was the saxophone solo which made it more pop than rock in my opinion. It’s always great to hear a talented group that could opt for the guitar solo to find a different texture to add to the palette of sound. Great song from a great band check out more on WHALE CITY below.

Catchy & intoxicating, this is how WHALE CITY’s most dancy track has come to life. The new single of the pop band from Munich is about getting rid of the longing idea that there is only one right partner and about not projecting own desires onto another person. That is why the message of There She Goes is “Let her go and take all my fears”. WHALE CITY underpin this with an accompanying saxophone solo which is so loose and light, but just as unexpected as love is.

“Not to stay alone, people just envision a perfect Mrs. Right or a perfect Mr. Right. Then, in reality, they are chasing a fantasy,”, describes lead singer Andy their inspiration for the pop hymn, with which WHALE CITY will launch into the summer.

For WHALE CITY, There She Goes already is the third single release from their upcoming debut album which will be published in fall. Their emotional pop ballad, Daylight, released in March, reached more than 100,000 views on YouTube within two months, and ran on several German radio stations, including Bayern 3Arabella and Gong 96.3. Also, international radio stations were enthusiastic and played Daylight. International attention had already received their energetic debut single Echo of Joy after its release in October 2018. Several international platforms already reported about WHALE CITY´s successful start.
